International Journal of Food Contamination is relaunching in 2023 as Food Safety and Risk! We are looking for an additional Editor-in-Chief to cover the field of food chemistry as we undergo this exciting new launch process.
We are also looking for 2-4 Associate Editors working in the field of food safety to support our Editors-in-Chief in commissioning content, handling papers and promoting the journal.

Applicants should outline:
- Their motivation to become an EiC or Associate Editor for Food Safety and Risk;
- How the journal might benefit from their field of expertise;
- Past and current relationships with and activities for the journal, if any;
- Past and current editorial experience — i.e., assessing manuscripts, inviting reviewers, etc.;
- How they would represent the journal among peers, including at relevant conferences in the field of food safety and risk;
- Any other aspects that might be helpful to assess the application.
